may ask. Bike or homework exercises, trips to a gym club or a swimming
pool: all of our endeavors sometimes have common denominator.

choose pilates or yoga.
If you're sitting on a chair in front of the monitor all day, continue
to sit on the simulator for the torso, too, it is not the most
interesting option but it will develop muscles of the legs and
buttocks, running or swimming a in the pool would fit too. And if your
choice becomes uninteresting soon or uneffective, instead of sitting in
front of the TV, go and look for a new one. |
